Rui Pinto, the man behind Football Leaks, accuses FIFA President Gianni Infantino of abuse of power regarding Manchester City and PSG and launches a scathing attack on him.
Football Leaks founder Rui Pinto has claimed that current FIFA president Gianni Infantino helped Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain avoid sanctions for breaking financial rules.
He noted that the FIFA president covered up some of Manchester City's financial irregularities during his tenure as UEFA's general secretary in 2014
