'Get the Flock out of Safford': irate residents warn council they'll be voted out

SAFFORD — The debate over Flock cameras returned to Safford City Hall on Monday night, as residents pressed council members over privacy concerns, public safety and whether the city should continue using license plate-reading cameras already installed around town.
