In Istanbul, after 40 minutes, the negotiations between the delegations of Russia and Ukraine, the third in a row, were completed, and previously there was a bilateral meeting between the heads of the delegations Vladimir Medinsky and Rustem Umerov, and then the consultations of the Russian delegation, reports TASS.
