General slams Trump's Russia policy

At a time when Washington is talking more about a possible agreement with Russia and praising Vladimir Putin's anti-war signals, the commander of NATO forces in Europe appears before the Senate Armed Services Committee and says: "Russia is a chronic threat, and it will be a growing threat in the future."
