The Troyes court released amateur paratroopers who had disguised themselves as members of the Supremacist organization or painted their faces in black, believing that the call to hatred was not characterized. At an evening organized by members of the parachute club of Brienne-le-Chateau (Aube), people disguised as a member of the Ku Klux Klan were allowed to play a racist game, featuring their comrades, the face painted in black. The nine accused were tried on 2 December and the Troyes Correctional Court handed down its decision on Friday 9 November: all were released.
