GRAND BLANC — The City of Grand Blanc has been trying for years to sell the last few parcels of city-owned property. It’s been an on-again-off-again journey. At this time, the land is off the market again. On Tuesday, Aug. 12, the City Council accepted Dr. Rima Jibaly’s $275,000 bid for 237 Reid Road and 316 Union Street.
