In total, according to the Auditor General of Quebec's report to the National Assembly for 2025-2026, the ministry wants to cut $13 million for 2026-2027 and $26.5 million for the next three school years, which represents half of the budget allocated to the Culture at School and to out-of-school in a cultural setting, so that young people would no longer have access to artists who visited their classrooms, nor to out-of-school in theatre or muse…
