The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry announced on the 11th that the national average retail price of regular gasoline per liter as of the 9th was 172.20 yen, 2.10 yen lower than the previous week's survey. The price has fallen for seven consecutive weeks excluding the Golden Week holidays when there was no survey, and is the lowest price in about two years since June 2023.
