Spray used in South Windsor gas station robbery, police say

Robbery suspects used an aerosol spray when they hit a gas station in South Windsor late Monday night, police said.

Officers responded to an Exxon gas station located at 5 John Fitch Blvd at 11:26 p.m. on Monday, for a reported robbery. According to police, the two masked individuals asked for cigarettes from the clerk. Once the clerk turned to face the suspects, one individual sprayed the clerk with an aerosol fogger.
