Residents of a high-rise building in Olsztyn have not had gas connected for two weeks. It is possible that it will remain that way, because turning the installation back on would involve huge investments. The building administrator is urging them to adopt a different solution - they can give up gas altogether. "Gazeta Wyborcza" wrote about the case.
