Thanks to an investment of €22 million, led notably by Engie and Ademe, the family group Lesaffre (11,000 employees, €3 billion in turnover), a yeast producer, will reduce its gas consumption by 70% (consisting of 120 GWh) and save 150,000 m3 of water. How? Thanks to the recovery of the fatal heat in the group's largest yeast factory, on its historic site in Marcq-en-Barœul (North).
