GARY, Ind. — A 57-year-old man drowned Wednesday evening at Marquette Park in Gary. Authorities were dispatched to the Lake Michigan shoreline at the park just before 6:20 p.m. on the report of a possible drowning. EMS found a 57-year-old man's body after he washed up on the shore.
