Paul Douglas Green, 46, of Gary, is facing multiple felony charges after police say a 13-year-old girl was found inside a boarded-up residence Friday night in the 3800 block of Madison Street. According to court documents, Gary Police officers responded to the residence at approximately 10 p.m. on May 8 after receiving a 911 call regarding a possible kidnapping.
