HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla.—Garney, a national water and wastewater contractor with two regional offices in Florida, has broken ground on the South Hillsborough Pipeline, a new 26-mile potable water pipeline with a capacity of 65 million gallons per day (MGD) for Tampa Bay Water.
