Anyone looking for a garage in Prague or Brno must be prepared to pay over a million crowns for it. Moreover, this year too, parking spaces are increasing in price at a double-digit rate. The average asking price of garages across the Czech Republic rose by 12 percent year-on-year in the first half of this year to 37,159 crowns per square meter. This is according to an analysis by the Sreality.cz website.
