Gallup finds rising confidence in higher education, but big partisan gap

UNITED STATES, JUL 16 – Public confidence in U.S. higher education rose to 42% in 2025 after a decade of decline, with notable gains among Democrats, independents, and Republicans, Gallup and Lumina Foundation found.
