Galesburg man hiding in crawl space arrested on weapon, home invasion warrants

Knox County Sheriff’s Office deputies, working with the U.S. Marshals Service, arrested a wanted Galesburg man Monday after he fled and hid in a crawl space. Jamar Whiteside-Banks, 31, was taken into custody without incident in the 500 block of Losey Street after surveillance spotted him at a residence.
