- Attributing council shortcomings to its "anachronistic eight-decades-old architecture," the ministers expressed concern over the Intergovernmental Negotiations framework, which has remained active for 18 years without substantive outcomes.
- Seeking "real and impactful UNSC reform," the countries prioritized commencing text-based negotiations while reiterating support for enhanced African representation and expressing reservations over a presented "bridging proposal."
- The ministers agreed to continue coordinating closely throughout the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, tasking officials with follow-up discussions at a future Director General-level meeting in New Delhi.
- Looking ahead, the four countries intend to collaborate with other reform-oriented groups to identify convergence areas and develop a consolidated model reflecting the majority of member states' views, strengthening the wider multilateral system under the United Nations Charter.
