Alkane Resources (ALK) reported its preliminary Q4/FY26 financial results. Production was pre-released on July 8th so there were no surprises on the top line. Quarterly revenues of A$257.5M were driven by gold equivalent sales of 47,317oz at an average realized gold price of A$5,442/oz and an antimony price of A$24,276/t. Cash, bullion, and listed investments closed the quarter at A$454M, on the back of record quarterly operational cash flows of A$174M, prompting management to declare the Company’s maiden dividend of A$0.02/sh for FY2026. In our view, Alkane remains one of the better-run multi-asset gold producers under our coverage. The three-mine portfolio continues to deliver, the balance sheet is exceptionally clean, and even with gold off its Q3/FY26 highs, margins remain robust leaving management well positioned entering FY27.
