Fuels: Government Denies "Illegal Fee", but Part of ISP Returns to IP

The Ministry of Finance rejected an "illegal fee" on fuels, considering that the Road Service Contribution (RSP) was abolished in 2022, as it was not "in conformity with European law". However, the fee was granted "through the provision of part of the revenue from the Tax on Petroleum and Energy Products (ISP)".
