In addition, one kilogram of heroin, cash amounting to Rs 2.90 lakh, a currency-counting machine, and a motorcycle used for transportation were confiscated.
- The three arrested suspects—Sarabjit Singh from Saanke, Kulwinder Singh from Langiana, and Ashmandeep Singh from Railway Road Tarn Taran—were reportedly working under a smuggler based in Pakistan named Sikandar Noor, who employed drones to deliver shipments across the border.
- Director General Gaurav Yadav stated investigations continue to establish network links and apprehend other members, underscoring Punjab Police's commitment to dismantling the narcotics and arms nexus for a safer state.
