Frost Advisory issued for parts of the Willamette Valley Wednesday

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Chilly fall weather returns early Wednesday morning for much of the Willamette Valley. Much of the Portland-Vancouver metro area will steer clear of frosty morning conditions, but a few low lying areas along the Willamette Valley have the potential to see temperatures fall to nearly freezing.
