FromSoftware has closed down the first day of The Duskblood's network test early due to connectivity issues

FromSoftware said it will improve servers and announce future testing schedules after players were unable to log in during the first session.

  • FromSoftware terminated the first The Duskbloods Closed Network Test early on Friday after persistent server connectivity issues prevented players from logging in for hours.
  • Players reported being stuck on the title screen, receiving a "Failed to log in to The Duskbloods game server. Select OK to attempt to log in again" error message repeatedly. FromSoftware initially suggested checking wireless connections before confirming closure.
  • "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who were waiting for the first The Duskbloods network test due to game server issues," FromSoftware stated via social media. The developer confirmed the session is closed while they work to improve server stability.
  • Additional Network Test periods remain scheduled throughout the weekend and into Monday. It remains unclear whether FromSoftware will add extra sessions to compensate for today's lost testing time.
  • The Duskbloods is FromSoftware's upcoming PvPvE action game scheduled for release later this year on Nintendo Switch 2. These Network Test sessions are designed to refine online play stability before the final launch.
