Police in northern Kosovo and Metohija have announced that, as of November 1, owners of vehicles with foreign license plates will not be able to drive in the area for more than three months, and this decision may particularly affect owners of vehicles with Serbian license plates. According to the announcement, driving without authorization will also be prohibited.
The Kosovo Police for the North Mitrovica Region has announced that from 01. 11.2025, the circulation of vehicles with foreign registration plates with authorization for more than three months will not be allowed.
