The 22-acre development along Independence and Hardesty avenues will include an apartment building, a public market, coworking and community gathering spaces. The developer hopes it can become a “third space” for residents of the Historic Northeast.

From Hotel to Housing, New Affordable Homes Come to Mission Valley

A ribbon cutting celebration was held today in Mission Valley at the new Presidio Palms Apartments, a former extended stay hotel that has been converted into 161 affordable housing units for people experiencing homelessness.
