A new 10-story story office tower is coming to Craig Hall's 162-acre office campus in Frisco. About 60% of the building will be delivered as move-in-ready spec suites designed for professional services and consulting firms, family offices, boutique law firms and companies entering the market. The remaining 40% will be offered as customizable shell space.

New Office Tower To Kick Off Next Phase Of $7B Hall Park Redevelopment In Frisco

A $7B redevelopment project in Frisco is set to start work on a 10-story office building along the Dallas North Tollway.  Hall Group plans to break ground on the 200K SF Class-A office tower in its Hall Park development within the next month, according to a press release. That project will begin alongside a $14M expansion of the city-owned Kaleidoscope Park, which is located within the Hall Park mixed-use development.
