The restaurant chain Frisby Spain, currently with an open dispute with the Colombian company Frisby for alleged usurpation of image and corporate character, has filed a complaint with the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC) against Yum! Brands, owner of KFC and Pizza Hut, and its franchisee in Colombia, Inversiones INT Colombia, for "abuse of dominant position", as the company explained in a statement.
