Fresno County supervisors delay road tax vote, order study

The Fresno County Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to delay action on the Better Roads, Safe Streets transportation funding measure, approving a study of the proposed half-cent sales tax rather than deciding whether to place it on the November ballot.
