The leader of France's rightwing populist National Union party, Jordan Bardella, said on Friday, September 4th that if his party comes to power in 2027, it will make efforts to prevent migrants from travelling from France to the UK anymore.
"A National Alarm government would strengthen border controls and return migrants to their countries of origin," he noted.
