With the opening of the Koralm tunnel, a century project of public transport started to operate on Friday. The first train from Graz to Klagenfurt passed through the 33 km long tunnel with plenty of political prominence on board, the journey between the two provincial capitals lasted only 39 minutes. This is celebrated on both sides of the Koralm.
