FRANKLIN, Ky. – A Simpson County man is behind bars after a reported theft involving a 1940s car. According to a uniform citation, the Simpson County Sheriff’s Department says on Friday, 28-year-old Michael Herrington was found to be in possession of a stolen green 1940 Ford coupe.
