In error of rectum cancer, it becomes "life-disabled": it demands almost 2 million euros of damage

Victim of a medical error after a colonoscopy, a man of 45 was operated unnecessarily that caused him medical complications in 2012. He continued the hospital located in Dole, Jura.

"Disabled for life" since 2012, a resident of Dole is unable to work. He claims nearly two million euros from the hospital.

He did not have cancer of the rectum, but this Dolois still underwent an operation in June 2012. He is followed for him by complications and serious sequelae, irreversibly impacting his health and working life. For more than ten years, he has been trying to obtain compensation for his damage, estimated at just over EUR 1.9 million.
