Three young Belgians arrested at the end of August in Tourcoing (North) after shooting at a housing facade with a large calibre weapon, were charged for "association of criminals" with a view to preparing one or more crimes on Friday 4 September.
They were arrested and detained in the wake of fire on a residential façade in Tourcoing with a large-calibre weapon on the night of 30-31 August. The incident did not result in any casualties.
