According to the DGCCRF, the site had "deceptive marketing practices on the veracity of the promotions advertised to consumers." With its "barred prices" and "permanent promotions", Boohoo proposed "95% non-compliant advertisements".
The UK's Boohoo online clothing sales platform was sanctioned after a fraud crackdown investigation. In 95% of the promotions reviewed, the discount ads were non-compliant.
