PARIS — In the latest season of the Danish series Borgen, former Prime Minister Birgitte Nyborg, back in government as foreign minister, faces a dilemma after the discovery of a vast oil reserve in Greenland. The Macroist Group (RDPI), made up of many ultramarine senators, is proposing a law "to lift the ban on oil research, exploration and exploitation in the overseas territories."
