The first day of the 34th All Kyushu High School Weightlifting Championships was held on the 10th at Yahata Chuo High School in Fukuoka Prefecture, and in the men's 65kg class, Haruto Suzuki (2nd year, Hentona) won by setting new prefectural high school records in all three events: snatch 96kg, jerk 113kg, and a total of 209kg.
