Chili, NY — Four out-of-state motorcyclists were injured this weekend on the state Thruway when a vehicle towing a boat hit their bikes southwest of Rochester, troopers said. The crash happened at about 3 p.m. Saturday in the westbound lanes of the highway in the town of Chili, troopers said in a news release Monday.
