On July 3, 2025, the National Police and the Attorney General's Office (PGR) of the Dominican Republic activated a national and international search for four alleged Mexican criminals, alleged members of the criminal group "Los Rugrats", identified as alleged hitmen of "Los Mayos", a faction of the Sinaloa Cartel led by Ismael Zambada.
Yesterday, Dominican authorities issued a national and international wanted alert for four Mexican citizens, considered highly dangerous for their alleged membership in the "Los Rugrats MZ" criminal cell, associated with the Sinaloa Cartel.
