FOUND SAFE: 68-year-old woman diagnosed with dementia reported missing in Kershaw County

KCSO: Missing woman with dementia & schizophrenia found safe

KERSHAW CO., S.C. (WOLO) – Kershaw County deputies say an elderly woman diagnosed with dementia and schizophrenia who went missing overnight has been found safe. According to investigators, Barbara Mathis, 68,  left her residence at the 2100 block of Springvale Road in Lugoff sometime between midnight and 2:00am this morning.
