Fort Peck Reservoir's water level is low, but it will probably get even lower

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says the reservoir remains well below average, with runoff forecast to stay limited through June.

The rise is noteworthy considering the Missouri River Basin could see its 11th lowest runoff since 1898 if the June outlook holds, the Corps reported.
