FORREST C. G. MANNING MIDDLEBURY — Forrest C. G. Manning, 87, of Middlebury, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2026. Forrest was born in Waltham, Mass., March 9, 1939, the son of Clifton and Lucille (Emerson) Manning. He grew up in Rochester Vt., and Randolph, Vt., before attending the University of Vermont, where he graduated with a B.A. in Education in 1962.
