Foot Locker welcomes former Tesco boss as international president
Foot Locker has named ex-Tesco CEO Matthew Barnes as its new international president. The exec will step into the role on 3 December, taking the helm across Europe, Asia and Australia. The appointment was made by the footwear specialist’s owner, Dick’s Sporting Goods, with Barnes reporting directly to CEO of Dick’s, Ed Stack. Barnes served as Tesco’s UK CEO from 2024 to May 2025.
