Former Rio Grande City Secretary Angela Solis Arrested

Angela Solis, former secretary of Rio Grande City, was arrested last Tuesday for the charge of misuse of a credit card and abuse of power. The bail imposed amounts to $7,500. The investigation started a month ago, when the city changed its fuel supplier. However, the cards continued to be used at different gas stations.
