NEW YORK — After supporting Andrew Cuomo’s failed campaign in June’s Democratic mayoral primary, ex-Gov. David Paterson endorsed Eric Adams’ independent bid for reelection Wednesday, praising the incumbent as “courageous and outspoken.”
