HARRIMAN, Tenn. (WATE) — After turning himself in, former Harriman City Councilman Brian Frost waived his right to an arraignment, and the date for his next hearing was set for early 2026. Frost was scheduled to appear for an arraignment on Oct. 27, but he did not show.
