Three-time world champion Oscar Freire has been arrested in Spain after his wife filed a complaint against him for alleged harassment.
Oscar Freire, the world’s triple champion, and his ex-wife, Laura Cobo, came to the fore this Monday with a statement released by Antonio Freire, Óscar’s brother.
