Pfas have been found, poly and perfluoroalkyl compounds otherwise known as eternal pollutants, in the blood of 16 firefighters coming from the commands of Catania, Padua, Verona, Alessandria, Genoa and Pisa, but also in the personal protective devices analyzed in an independent laboratory. The old ones, but also the brand new ones. And there were Pfas also in the foamogens used to extinguish the fire in the Eni refinery in Calenzano.
