A forest fire that broke out in Fethiye district of Muğla is being tackled. Numerous air and ground vehicles have been dispatched to the area.
A forest fire broke out in the forest near Gökçeovacık neighborhood in Fethiye district of Muğla at around 3 PM. Upon notification, one helicopter and fire trucks were dispatched to the area. With the intervention of teams from the air and ground, the fire was brought under control and extinguished in approximately one hour. An investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire.
A forest fire broke out in the Gökçeovacık neighborhood of Fethiye district in Muğla province for an as yet undetermined reason. Following a report, air and ground teams from the Muğla Forestry Regional Directorate were dispatched to the area and are continuing their efforts to bring the flames under control.
