Joseph Parlagreco, director of the school ensemble Antoine-Gapp, Catholic institution based in Forbach, Freyming-Merlebach and Bouzonville, claims to have been subjected to corporal punishment in the late 1970s at the Farébersviller public school. He wants to show that the violence did not concern only private education and calls for collective reflection to say: never again.
