Forbach. Merit Scholarship: 15 Young People Commit to the City in Exchange for €200 per Month

The City of Forbach offers an aid of 1,800 euros, distributed in 9 monthly instalments of 200 euros, in exchange for 50 hours of volunteering in an association.
